Is there a setup fee?: No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.
Can I cancel my accounts at any time?: Yes. If you ever decide that Ape Estate is not right for you, you can cancel your account from the control panel.
Can I change my plan later on?: Yes. You can change your plan at any time in the control panel.
Are custom plans available?: Yes! If your needs exceed the plan limits, just call or email and we'll provide a quote.
What happens if I go over my monthly limit?: Your forum will stay online if you exceed your montly limits. We'll notify you via email when this occurs and offer you the option to upgrade your account or purchase additional views in blocks of 1 million.
What happens to my data when my account is canceled?: All data is stored indefinitely once an account is cancelled or a subscription lapses due to non-payment. Data is only deleted in response to explicit requests given via support tickets.

Do I own my data?: Yes. Your data is yours alone and will not be used by Ape Estate for any purpose except to host your forums. Data can be retrieved via a support ticket whether or not your subscription is currently active.
Can I use my own domain?: Yes. We provide a free apeestate.com domain when you create a new forum, which you can change to point to a domain that you own within the Ape Estate control panel.
What are hosted domains?: Hosted domains are the number of unique forums your plan allows you to create. These forums can be hosted using apeestate.com, or you can associate your own domain with the forum.
Can I host my own ads?: Yes. Every plan includes our ad placement engine, which gives you the ability to place ads in specific locations throughout your forum.
Do I need a web host?: Nope. That's what we provide! A world-class forum on a fast, reliable host.
